Do basic solutions also have H+(aq) ions? If yes, then why are these basic?

Answer

Yes, basic solutions also have H+(aq) ions. In a basic solution the concentration of H+(aq) ions is very less as compared to the concentration of OH- ions hence the solution is basic in nature.
