Find the focal length of a convex mirror whose radius of curvature is 32 cm.

Answer

Given,

Radius of curvature (R) = 32 cm

Focal length (f) = ?

We know, R = 2f or f = R2\dfrac{R}{2}

Hence, f = 322\dfrac{32}{2} = 16 cm

Therefore, the focal length of the convex mirror is 16 cm.
