What do you understand by Internet of Things? List some of its potential applications.

Answer

Internet of Things (IoT) is a system of inter-related computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, people that are provided with unique identifiers (UIDs) and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.

The applications of IoT are as follows:
