(i) Solar energy (ii) One benefit of solar energy for cooking is that it is a renewable energy source and does not cause air pollution and global warming, so it is environment friendly. Whereas, one drawback of using solar energy for cooking is that it cannot be used during a cloudy days or night as it requires sunlight to cook food. So, solar energy is not very convenient and reliable, specially during cloudy days and nights.
