Given,

Initial velocity (u) = 0

Acceleration (a) = 4 ms^-2

Time period (t) = 10 s

According to the second equation of motion,

S = ut + $\dfrac{1}{2}$at²

Substituting we get,

S = 0 + $\dfrac{1}{2}$ x 4 x 10 x 10

= 200 m

∴ The car will cover a distance of 200 m.
