Back to all questionsOne provision of the Constitution which clearly establishes the supremacy of the Lok Sabha with regard to money bills is that a money bill can only originate in the Lok Sabha.
If a Money Bill is not returned by the Rajya Sabha within 14 days of its receipt, it shall be deemed to have been passed by both Houses in the form in which it was passed by the Lok Sabha.
