Name the sessions of the Lok Sabha. What is the maximum gap allowed between two parliamentary sessions?

Answer

The Lok Sabha has three sessions in a year —

  1. The Budget Session (February-May)
  2. The Monsoon Session (July-August)
  3. The Winter Session (November-December)

The maximum gap between two parliamentary sessions cannot exceed 6 months.
