Name the four noble truths.
The four noble truths are the following:
- The world is full of suffering.
- Human desire is the cause of all suffering.
- Suffering can be ended only by giving up desires.
- Desires can be overcome by freeing oneself from the continuous cycle of birth, death and re-birth. This can be achieved by following the eight fold.
