Question 4

The density of alcohol is 600 kg m-3. Express it in g cm-3.

Answer

Density of alcohol in g cm3=Density of alcohol in kg m31000=6001000=0.6 g cm3\text{Density of alcohol in g cm}^{-3} = \dfrac{\text{Density of alcohol in kg m}^{-3}}{\text{1000}} \\[1em] = \dfrac{600}{1000} = 0.6 \text{ g cm}^{-3}

Hence, Density of Alcohol in g cm-3 = 0.6 g cm-3.
